Joanna Rogala (MA) Preschool Director. I became a teacher because of my calling and passion for this profession. Graduated from University of Gdansk, where I majored in Polish language. In the beginning of my career I worked at a primary school in Poland. Then I had spent three years as a teacher at the Polish School in Prague. Since then, for already 4 years I have been running my own kindergarten in Prague, first located in Prague 4, however always with international kids. Being 100 percent dedicated to work is the only approach I have towards work. My pupils and well as employees appreciate this, which is proved by a number of awards I received during my career as well as high test scores of my pupils.

Magda Janczak (MA) Deputy Director. My name is Magda Janczak and I am a deputy director of The Little Mole. I had spent 12 years at the global financial industry companies, when one year ago my husband and myself decided to move over to Prague. Being a mother to a 7-years-old boy, I experienced myself the difficulties to identify a proper kindergarten. At the Little Mole I do my best to combine my international track record with a mom's experience to create an environment in which both children and parents would find themselves comfortable.
